Below is a list of characters that can be played.
Animals - Normal and Monstreial animals such as cats and dogs for example for a normal animal and a Nyx for a Monstreial animal.
Centaurs - The half human/half horse creature. The lower half is a horse and the upper torso of a human. Usually centaurs are only a male race but here things have changed, women have appeared as centaurs and thus brings forth a new age for the centaurs and their history as a warrior race.
Giants - Very tall men and women with great strength, they are considered giants when their height is 7.5" or higher. They are usually gentle unless they have cause to be otherwise and it is not wise to provoke these strong beings.
Humans - Not monster men and women, they have no special appearances or powers.
Merfolk - As the name suggests, Merfolk are men and women who live under water but not just any water the ocean mostly but can be found in coves and lagoons. They have fins in instead of legs, they can't walk on land but many have some power of the water that they live in.
Mixed - Any monster halves or human and monster half breeds.
Shifters - Men and women with the ability to change into animals (limit is three unless stated otherwise).
Trolls - Lanky men and women who can have long tusk like teeth, their hair color varies in color as well as their eyes. They are not very noble creatures, many will do what they can to get ahead in life to get what they want from others, but they can be loyal friends and partners should they be given the chance to prove themselves.
Vampires - Men and women who drink the blood of others to survive. They don't smoke or burst into flames when they walk under the sun. In fact the sun doesn't bother them most of the time, their eyes do turn red when they feed or when they get angry. They never take blood from anyone unless it's willing and there are places public places for the vampires to go in order to get blood when they need it.
Werewolves - Men and women that have the ability to take on the aspects of a wolf or turn into a wolf. While in human form, these men and women can easily change their eye color to a wolf or use the sight, hearing and smell of wolf. The men and women can change into either a normal size wolf or a much larger version of a wolf. It is very rare but some men and women can take on the physical aspects of being a wolf such as wolf ears, wolf tail, wolf claws and fangs and even some of the fur of a wolf.
Witches/Wizards - Men and women who have the ability to use magic to do just about anything. They call upon the power of the earth and other elements in order to do magic. They must also return the power that they borrow to the element they used it from in order to maintain balance in themselves and the area of where they live.
